Terms of Use for permitoil.living

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply when you use permitoil.living and the services Permitoil Tree Service offers through it. By browsing the website, calling the number on it, or sending a form, you accept these terms. This page is a general template and is not legal advice.

What Permitoil Tree Service Does

Permitoil Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not take down trees, grind stumps, trim branches, or clear storm damage. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Stand on Their Own

The providers you are connected with are independent businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, safety practices, licensing, insurance, and behavior. We do not employ, supervise, or direct them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or how their work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance, and get a written quote.

General Information Only

What you read on this website is general information. It is not arborist, legal, insurance, or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm the details with a qualified provider and, where it applies, with your insurer and local permit office.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate details when you contact us, and use the website only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs, or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts, and Emails

When you call or submit a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text, or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing purposes. To stop us contacting you, email contact@permitoil.living at any time.

Ownership of Content

The content and design of this website belong to Permitoil Tree Service or its licensors. Do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Liability

As far as the law allows, Permitoil Tree Service is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this website, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The website is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to the Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the new version.
